Brothers in Arms Charitable Trust

Brothers in Arms is a one-on-one, friendship based mentoring programme.  This programme recruits, trains, matches and supports people of goodwill who will mentor one young person to make a difference in their lives.  Three key principles that the programme is founded on are: longevity, regularity and intensity.

Mentor Source Community, church youth groups.
Mentor Target Criteria 18-35 years, male and female. Mentor training before relationship commencement for a period over four weeks.  Mentors need valid references and to go through police check.
Measurement and Evaluation - how is this done Fortnightly check on mentors.  Evaluation surveys completed by mentors, youth and parents 4 monthly.
