The YWCA Auckland Future Leaders Programme provides mentoring, practical support and skills development to young women who show leadership potential, but who need one-on-one support in order to achieve at a high level.

Involvement Opportunities

YWCA Future Leaders programme holds Orientation evenings for all potential mentors throughout the year. Mentors must apply in writing once they have attended the Orientation night. All mentors are screened and receive comprehensive training prior to commencement. Mentors are fully supported throughout the year with 6 weekly support meetings. There is always ongoing email plus mentor log-ins on the programme's website for ease of correspondence and to maintain confidence.
