Motivationz is a sports and mentoring business that has been running since 2007. At Motivationz, we have a passion for life. We love innovation and variety in how we deliver our programmes to keep them fresh. We value seeing progress and growth, whilst having fun!
We work primarily in Christchurch with our mentoring leadership programmes for youth. We use a holistic approach with the students to ignite passion and motivation within.

Overview
Alongside our sports programs, we are passionate about mentoring the youth of New Zealand. Our aim is to provide mental and wellbeing support as well as helping to develop important life skills and education. This is undertaken through three of our programs: NEET, Kia Maia and Education to Employment.
Regions
About the mentoring
The general age range we mentor is from 15 to 24 years old. This is a standalone mentoring programme, and the expectation is that the mentoring relationship will last 1 to 2 years. Mentors meet with the young person fortnightly in either a one-to-one, group or team-based mentoring approach.
