Overview
Our mentoring programmes include:
Supported Bail (6-weeks; Court ordered)
Korowai Mentoring (12-weeks; focused on identity, cultural connection)
Vocational Mentoring (12-weeks; supporting rangatahi back into education, skills training, employment)
Fast Track (no set timeframe, multi-agency approach)
Resilience to Organised Crime in Communities - ROCC (no set timeframe, multi-agency approach, serving the Ōtara community)

About the mentoring
Our mentoring is based on the foundations of Positive Youth Development, whakapapa-centred design, and systems approach. We can often provide broader support for families (therapeutic interventions, advocacy, kai boxes) to compliment and enhance the mentoring outcomes. Referrals are via Oranga Tamariki.
