Kia ora koutou
Wow what an incredible month of workshops we have just had. Ross McCook and Rod Baxter, our 2 amazing facilitators are loving being back out in your communities finally delivering our much anticipated Whai Wāhitanga: Active Youth Participation in Mentoring workshops.
Over the month of August we delivered 5 of these workshops across the motu - 97 people from 48 organisations attended and their feedback has been been so so positive.
"awesome day - awsome mentoring programme"
"the importance of having young peoples voices in the mahi we do!"
"Learning new approaches on how to engage rangatahi"
"Whanaungatanga - great bonding experience"
"loved connecting with other organisations and people"
"Amazing and so low cost!"
Thanks to The Tindall Foundation for making it possible to develop such a powerful workshop and to deliver it at minimal cost to participants.
Our September workshops are being held in:
Gisborne | Napier | ONLINE (we are offering a special online workshop on the 21 September as we realise not everyone can make it in person to a workshop in their communities)
Here are all the details for these workshops. Register online now as places are limited.
And we will let you know our schedule for the remainder of the year shortly so keep checking our website for updates.
